Fast respond, good communication and status update, overall knowledge and proffessionalism , good service. However, Not sure what is my advantage as a 5 times returning customer. The rate was not attractive at all compare to market and the whole process seems like I am a new customer. Also, The insurance part did not go smooth. It should be common practice to first ask for the master insurance in case of condominium and then determine what is the insurance requirements from the customer. The master insurance was not being obtained or asked for until the last minute which put the closing at risk and cause me to pay way over and more than is actually needed on insurance.
